What do you think of individuals who use family court to financially bankrupt their intimate partner as part of their abusive behaviors?

I continually get individuals calling me or emailing me stating that they were in relationships that had abuse, entitlement, narcisism, and/or selfishness as big factors.  When they decided to end the relationship and had children with the sociopathicystyle individual and/or were married to that person, they consistantly found that the abusive individual used the courts to try to devestate them financially.

I believe we need to have limits as to how much the divorce should cost and or child custody.  We should not have the courts collude with abusive individuals to harm victims again through court financial abuse.
