California Cognitive Behavioral Institute opens its new Center for Legal and Ethical Practices.  The Center is designed to help the victim of abuse through the court process which can become overwhelming, fear and anxiety producing and emotionally draining.

The Center will assist in restraining order writing, court advocacy, court watch, along with creating a well prepared client to appear in court. We assist attorney’s with their clients that need more assistance and time then they can give their client – working in cooperation with the attorney.

Clients often need emotional support and CCBI Center for Legal and Ethical Practices also advocates for more ethics in the court room. We are part of legislation, court reform, and instruction/training for attorney’s, judges, and other court personnel.

For more information go to www.theccbi.com and read on this new center and call if you would like court watch, court advocacy and court preparation.
